In 2018, Goldie founded Quantum, with the firm belief that her vision should be realized in special projects addressing painful realities overlooked within Israeli society.

Goldie Sternbuch has two decades of experience working in non-profit organization management. Having made aliya from Belgium 23 years ago, she now resides in Ramat Beit Shemesh together with her husband and six children.

Her proficiency in 7 languages helped her develop a strong network of connections throughout the philanthropic world and excel in nonprofit program management. Goldie is experienced in managing nonprofit organizations, event management, international relations, fundraising, and research.
Her experiences with disadvantaged Israeli families have led her to develop unique programs that provide support from the ground up. In 2018, Goldie founded Quantum, with the firm belief that her vision should be realized in special projects addressing painful realities overlooked within Israeli society. Under Goldie’s leadership Quantum is well placed to contribute to strengthening Israeli society through its focus on vulnerable at risk groups and empowering them to become healthy, connected and engaged members of the community.

London-born Michael Mohnblatt, has a proven track record of philanthropic management in Israel at the highest professional level.

Michael held a senior role at the United Jewish Israel Appeal Director in Israel, where he represented the varied and diverse interests of UK Donors/Foundations/Charities for 40 consecutive years.

His broad and in-depth knowledge of every facet of the complex world of charitable funding in Israel, makes him one of the country’s leading experts in the field. As he was exclusively engaged with UK Donors and Charitable Foundations for over three decades, Michael Mohnblatt is best positioned to represent, manage and respond to the growing demand for accountable and professional representation in Israel for British Donors, Charitable Trusts and Family Foundations.

He has enlisted a prestigious group of professionals with significant experience in their fields to create Michael Mohnblatt & Associates – a new and elite Philanthropic Consultancy operation in Israel.

Dr. Shlomit Shulov Barkan, Phd.
Shlomit has extensive managerial experience in both nonprofits, business, and academic settings. Her knowledge and experience of both Israel and North American contexts, give her special insight on the unique and common elements of each.

Dr. Shulov Barkan holds a Ph.d. in Organizational Sociology from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia and an M.A from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.

She has extensive managerial experience in both nonprofits, business and academic settings. Recently she was in charge of resource development for the Hebrew university of Jerusalem and headed the Israeli Friends Organization. She has served as a senior Director in the international High-Tech company "Amdocs" and as the Israel Cultural Attaché in the Israeli Embassy in Washington D.C. and San Francisco. Her knowledge and experience of both Israel and North American context, give her special insight the unique and common elements of each.

Dr. Shulov Barkan founded Israel's Center for Lay Leadership. She has taught extensively in the areas of Leadership and Philanthropy in the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and in the Center for Academic Studies. She serves as mentor to nonprofits leaders in a variety of settings.

Linda Kislowicz’ s career in Jewish communal service spans over 4 decades of active professional service.

She has served in a variety of leadership positions including CEO of Jewish Federation of Canada – UIA, executive director of the YM-YWHA of Montreal and the executive director of Jewish Family Services of the Baron de Hirsch Institute of Montreal. As such, Linda has extensive experience and expertise in leading non profit organizations and is familiar with the context in which they function.

Linda is a change agent, and has been instrumental in initiating and leading numerous changes and improvements in the various organizations that she has served. She is dedicated to improving the opportunities and capacities of individuals, groups, organizations and communities, and to enabling them to grow and achieve their potential. Her areas of expertise are broad and include human services, Jewish identity and Israel engagement and leadership and community development.
Linda has been an active member of several boards of directors including Family Services of Canada, the Association of Jewish Family and Child Agencies now known as the Network of Jewish Human Services, Montreal Federation CJA, the Bronfman Jewish Education Council, the Jewish Agency for Israel, CIJA, the Reconstructionist synagogue of Montreal, Reena, DANI. CHAT and UJA Federation of Greater Toronto. She is currently involved with many of these to this day.

Linda currently works as an independent consultant. Her consulting practice focuses on executive coaching, board governance and facilitation, and strategic planning. She works locally, nationally and internationally and is able to serve in English, French and Hebrew.

Linda was educated at McGill University where she obtained a BSW and MSW degrees.

Linda is the author of many presentations and publications and is the recipient of many awards including the Queens Golden Jubilee Medal. Linda is married to Joe, and is a proud mother of Barry and Kally, Howie and Naomi, and grandmother of Matan, Yair, Aviad, Shefa and Gabriel.

Linda and Joe made aliya in 2021 and now reside in Jerusalem.

Marc Lesnick
Marc Lesnick serves as the Chairman of the Advisory Board.

Marc is a long time resident of Beit Shemesh, together with his wife Tamar, who have been actively supportive of Quantum. He has been personally involved with youth at risk and understands their challenges and needs. He is also an accomplished scholar and has authored several .books on Jewish subjects.

Marc is a partner at Fortissimo Capital. Marc received a J.D. from the Universoty of Pennsylvania ans a BA from Yeshiva University.

Dan Ben Amram
Dan and his team visited the Bet Shemesh Center in early 2023, and he has been actively involved in the growth and development of the model ever since.

Dan is a civil engineer with an M.SC.CE degree from the Technion.

In 2016, Dan founded the company Dan Ben Amram Engineering and Management, which deals with project management. Today the company has about 22 engineers and is engaged in the management of complex projects in the field of infrastructure and construction with an aggregate amount of billions of shekels. Among the company's projects: the entrance district to the city of Jerusalem, the expansion of the tunnel road, an interchange and the Beit parking lot, an expansion of 320 units in Kfar Adumim.

Dan and his team visited the Bet Shemesh Center in early 2023, and he has been actively involved in the growth and development of the model ever since.
