Quantum was founded in 2018 by visionary leaders who identified a huge gap in the existing network of services. It employs 2 different philanthropic streams of activity, one more traditional which provides assistance to families struggling periodically with basic needs, The other uses a social enterprise model and targets special populations such as youth at risk who have dropped out of school, work, and family life.
The social enterprise model empowers the youth with life and business skills and creates revenue for the participants and the organization. Quantum also aims to build community cohesion by creating a hub of activity for all.
